Isabella Sakolish

Isabella (Bella) joined Annum in October 2024 and has been involved in projects with the Museum of Fine Arts along with contributing to the firm’s marketing efforts. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech, where she explored adaptive reuse as a tool for storytelling. Her thesis focused on the ethical transformation of buildings with charged histories, examining how their pasts can inform contemporary narratives.

Bella is passionate about sustainable design and holds a LEED AP certification, focusing on creating architecture that fosters resilience and environmental responsibility. Prior to joining Annum, she worked with FEMA in Hawaii, supporting disaster relief efforts following the 2023 wildfires, an experience that reinforced her commitment to creating resilient communities.

When she’s not in the office, Bella enjoys watercolor, playing pickleball, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen, often cooking for friends and family.
